I thought dealing with my HP laptop repair was going to be stressful, but it was way easier than I expected. They fixed it quickly, and there wasn’t any weird hassle or runaround. I felt so relieved when it was all taken care of.

I checked before buying and ended up saving a bit, which is always nice. Common sense, really, if there’s a chance to pay less, it’s worth taking a quick look.

I don’t really get the complaints, because my laptop arrived fast and exactly when it was supposed to. The tracking was clear the whole way, and delivery was smooth with no issues at all.

I canceled my subscription but still ended up getting charged again, which was really frustrating. I’m sure other customers would feel the same way, once you cancel, that should be the end of it. The whole process just felt like more hassle than it needed to be.

I had to return a laptop bag, and overall it was straightforward. The refund took a few days — not instant or anything, but it did come through without any issues. Support was okay too — a little slow, but they got the job done.

The laptop feels solid and well-made, and the screen looks good too. I’m happy with it overall, but I did find myself wishing the setup instructions were a bit clearer in a few spots.

Support did help me out in the end, so I can't really complain too much. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping, and I was kind of sitting there wondering when I'd hear back

I’ve been using my HP printer for a while now, it’s been reliable for everyday stuff. Setup wasn’t too bad, and the print quality is good enough for things like forms, labels, and random home printing.

The weird part is, the printer itself feels like a decent value, but then the ink and toner costs start sneaking up on you. I feel like I’m always replacing cartridges, and the prices on hp.com aren’t exactly budget-friendly.
Overall, it’s not a bad printer and I don’t regret buying it, but the supplies make it harder to fully recommend. If the ink was cheaper, I’d probably rate it higher, but for now it’s a 3-star experience for me.
