Have just dealt with the "Beautiful" Jenny at HP customer services, she was absolutely brilliant, we made a good tea, she dealt with my printer being offline and not connecting to HP connected or Instant Ink accounts. She spent a long time working on the problem, and eventually managed to work out the problem and it's all sorted. She even taught me the phonetic alphabet during the call. Great customer service....

I work with music, graphic design, editing film, etc. - so I bought my hp laptop out of livelihood necessity. Tho it started freaking out on me almost a year in, and as frustrating as it was, HP Customer Service along with having had an active warranty, made it all the less of a hassle to get me going again. MUCH APPRECIATED right here, the great service and efficiency. I do believe that matters more in the long run, thx!
